Cousin-time

It's been a weekend of cousins.  Schmoo has been elated to have two "bigger girl" cousins here to chum around with.  We've had a great time showing them the sights of the area and spent both Saturday and Sunday up in the valley.  Yesterday we took them down to the local hippie market to check out the fresh produce and baking and various stalls.  Then we headed up to visit with Grandma Lady and the little cousins.  N and I were able to sneak away to check out Uncle R's wares at his pottery sale.

Today was especially fun with the girls drove up the valley to spend the afternoon along the river.  Bean stayed home with Papa, with promises of soccer time down at the local soccer fields.  We had a great time just lying beside the beach while the girls spent the whole time in the river.  They all loved the big log that was just along the shore where they could launch themselves off into the water.  We returned home with tired girls to a lamb stew dinner thanks to Papa!

It's back to work tomorrow....for a day....I'm not ready for summer to end!
