The prosthetist visit went great.....and Bean can even say prosthesis and prosthetist without a problem. We spent an hour talking about what his new arm would look like and what the components would consist of. Then he made a casting of Bean's little arm to use to make the upper socket. We made an appointment for next Friday and headed to the mall for some new pants!! After stretching our legs at the mall and picking up a smoothie for the road, we headed home. We made it home before the sun went down and picked up Schmoo at the indoor soccer arena where she was with Papa, who was refereeing a couple of soccer games.
The rest of the week has been beyond busy. Papa and I have been busy with our rental stuff. Papa's doing most of the physical stuff - cleaning, painting, organizing and I've been busy with the admin stuff, fielding tenant phone calls, organizing painters, etc. We're such a good team. The week ahead is no less busy with a meeting each evening for either me or Papa. Then on Thursday we'll both leave town. Papa is headed to Minnesota for a work trip until Monday and I'll drive to Kelowna with both kids for Bean's next prosthetic appointment. The end of this insanity isn't until June, so we might as well just jump in and go with the flow!

I'm just thrilled for Fraser...must be heart warming to see him so excited. Eden was telling me a junior got him in the mind set. Its amazing what happens when these little people meet those they adore! Good stuff....Happy times
