A change of scenery

With the start of a new year (a new decade, in fact), it only seems right that the kids would be up for a change of scenery.  While Schmoo and I hit the slopes this afternoon, Papa and Bean took it upon themselves to switch around the furniture in Bean's room.  Papa had a motive...to move the bed away from the second story window.  Bean was just excited to shake things up a bit.  They had a great afternoon, moving and cleaning his room, giving it a whole new look.

Schmoo was not interested in being left out of the shake up.  When she discovered their change, she immediately started to move things around in her room too.  It's a bit harder to move the bed with it being a queen size, but after supper, she managed to convince her Papa to give it a try.  And voila!  a new room! They both went to bed excited to be snuggling down in their new space.
