I think today's the last day with Grandma Lady's computer. I have received confirmation that our computer is en route home so hopefully we'll be back up and running by the middle of next week. I haven't been taking many pictures with the computer away, so will need to catch up when I'm back in action.
The weather is still hot here and doesn't look like it will change anytime soon. We're looking forward to another relatively quiet weekend at home. Our original plans to meet up with Team Indi for a camping weekend changed when we reassessed the distance to meet them for one night. Instead we'll stay home and enjoy the flight show in town tomorrow and hopefully spend some time with Auntie E and the gang. There's not many weekends left until they leave so we need to take advantage of the time now. Uncle C is headed our way next week to drop off his dog for a visit while he heads down to Denver for a wedding. We haven't seen him since March so it will be good to see him too. Grandma Lady heads back home after the weekend as well.
The kids finished their swim lessons today. Neither of them passed to the next level, but they seemed happy enough with the stickers and tatoos that they got. Practicing back floats will be our focus at our future trips to the pool. I dropped them off at daycare in time for lunchtime and headed home for a very quiet afternoon....most of which was spent sleeping in Schmoo's bed (since our sheets were drying out on the clothesline).
Papa had an interesting story to tell me the other day. Schmoo was asking about her new school and whether it had the same name as the church. Papa said he didn't know if they had the same name. To which Schmoo replied "Maybe we should ask Mama, she's the smart one because you're not so smart. Right Papa?"
Potty success continues. I think we're officially done with diapers. We'll have to start saving the $20 a week for something exciting!
