Things are back in action here. I was at soccer last night. No goals, but some great assists! Papa's at soccer tonight. Today I was at work in the morning, then off to the dentist, then off to get Bean for a visit with the physio for an annual check up, then home to make dinner for two monster children who couldn't stop whining and complaining. I took a 10 minute catnap with Bean at bedtime and caught up on an hour's worth of TV while I ate my pasta salad dinner and now I'm catching up on the blog and a bunch of emails that need to be done for the event I'm organizing in May. Where is the simple, carefree small town life I'm supposed to be leading? At least I don't have to worry about driving around a big city all day to get all my errands done.
Not much to report really. The countdown to Vegas is on now. Only 9 more sleeps until I leave. The kids seem happy to be at school and the weather has been reasonably nice. Actually yesterday was beautiful, today a bit cooler. Tomorrow is our usual mid-week quiet day. So maybe I'll get a chance to catch up on all the laundry that needs to be folded downstairs!!

I challenge your big city comment with the rebuttal that I'll bet my footprint of errands and appts is actually smaller than yours! I rarely leave my little quadrant!
