Well, looks like the ladies are still way up North, so today I present my new swamp! Yup, after much discussion, it was decided that the beautiful patio and sidewalks were so incredibly poorly done, they had to be completely re-done. At 7 this morning, we watched the Bobcat rip out all the concrete....what a job. We took off for the mall around 10 to buy some new melamine plates for the patio...Zellers...50% off...great success. Sadly, I parked outside...monsoon rains were pounding down as we exited the mall and returned home soaking wet. Luckily, the Bobcat was almost done and managed to get out of the yard before he sunk into the pit of mud. If the weather improves, he'll be back tomorrow to do the cribbing and hopefully by Friday I'll get to use my new plates!
