Not much today. Work and school in the morning, home in the afternoon. Today's funny story was Schmoo and Bean racing into Bean's preschool and announcing to his teacher all about him being sick this weekend. Schmoo announced "Bean was sick ALL weekend", to which Bean announced "yeah, I threw up in my bed, in the bucket, in the toilet". Just what you want to be announcing to your daycare! Papa was sure to reassure his teacher that he was feeling just fine now. Although, he was pretty cranky when he got home at lunch time and I did manage to convince him to have a big afternoon nap (which I enjoyed as well!)
Our week is filling up. Papa and I are taking turns with various activities this week - school meeting tomorrow, gym visits, soccer games and my Thursday night regular group meeting. Tonight was a real activity swap. Papa had his weekly soccer game tonight so I missed my soccer practice and went to the gym instead so I could be home for his game. It felt great to go to the gym....so great that I picked up pizza on the way home to eat in front of the TV with my Coke, while I caught up on last week's episode of Grey's Anatomy! Friday is movie night at the school and Schmoo has received yet another birthday invite for this upcoming weekend. The socializing never stops!
